Dedicated to Serving Philadelphia

The USA, a nation rich in history, diversity, education, and opportunities, yet plagued by unequal wealth distribution. Over 38 million people in major cities grapple with poverty as the federal rate consistently exceeds 10%. Minority communities, notably Black and Hispanic Americans, bear the brunt, with nearly 20% and 17% respectively living in poverty as of 2021.

In response, we launch our mission in our home state, extending our helping hand to more communities. At cdfiCORP, we stand with our community, committed to helping every home, business, street, and heart achieve their aspirations.

Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

Philadelphia, the 6th largest U.S. metropolitan city, unfortunately, holds the unenviable title of being the poorest among the major cities. Its poverty rate has consistently ranged between 23-28% over the last 15 years, the only big city exceeding a 20% poverty rate. Among its 1.6 million residents, almost 44% are African-American, and shockingly, nearly one-third of this population, around 210,000 people, live in poverty. The situation is even more dire for Hispanics in Philadelphia, constituting just 16% of the population, yet about 40% of that population live in poverty.
